How should I store my pendant?

To keep your jewelry in pristine condition, we recommend storing it in the provided gift box or pouch when it's not being worn. This will help protect it from dust, scratches, and other potential damage.

How can I get an item repaired?

If you should experience a need for repair please email contact@ohmypawelry.com. Please reference your Name, Order Number and Repair Issue. We will repair or replace at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 90 days of receipt of purchase.

How do I care for my Pawelry jewelry?

Caring for your pet's pendant is simple. Just wipe it gently with a soft cloth to remove any dirt or debris. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or submerging it in water to maintain its beauty and integrity.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. During high volume periods such as Christmas or during sale periods processing times might be longer.Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and delivery method. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on domestic orders of $75+ with the code FSPAWZERO

Where do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping, so you can enjoy our products no matter where you are located. International shipping fees and customs duties will apply based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide tracking information for International Orders & Domestically: Priority Mail orders.

What if my package is lost or damaged during transit?

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, unforeseen circumstances may occur. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately.

What is your return policy?

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.

What items are eligible for a refund?

Most items are eligible for a refund, excluding clearance, final sale, limited edition, and items purchased during a sale period.  In order to qualify for a return items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within the specified timeframe.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or initiating a refund, as per our Refund Policy.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process the refund accordingly. The refund processing time may vary, but we strive to process it within 1 - 3 business days. Once a return has been accepted you will receive an email with a return shipping label.

Are shipping costs refunded for returned items?

No, the cost of shipping for the original order will not be refunded.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return?

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error on our part or if the item was intended as a gift for a beloved pet that has passed away, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for returns made for any other reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the item's price paid.

Can I cancel my order for a refund?
